An International business training for entrepreneurs and project managers took place at RusKom

On May 17, the RusKom team organized a business training featuring international-level experts, dedicated to modern approaches to business development, sustainable management, and entrepreneurship in conditions of global instability.

The event brought together entrepreneurs, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, project managers, and members of the international community interested in developing their initiatives through modern practices, strategic thinking, and professional exchange of experience.

In the context of a rapidly changing global environment, market transformation, and increasing international competition, not only business tools themselves are becoming more important, but also the ability to adapt, build sustainable development models, and form strong professional communities. The program of the event included:

  • interactive team-building activities by the SKAZKA events project;
  • a practical training on business development in conditions of instability;
  • an introduction to modern management models;
  • analysis of international case studies and current global trends;
  • a discussion of sustainability as an approach that today goes far beyond an exclusively environmental agenda;
  • an overview of international business regulation and discussion of Türkiye’s position within modern economic processes;
  • group work and development of small strategic plans for participants’ own projects.

The experts participating in the event were:

Anastasia Laukkanen, Sustainability Expert and Facilitator with international experience.

Anastasia holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability (Sweden) and is the founder and long-term director of an international documentary film festival held in more than 30 cities across Russia and the CIS countries. For many years, she has been developing educational programs for businesses, academia, and NGOs.

Asel Abilova, Expert in Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development and Strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.

Asel has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, product management, and implementation of B2B and B2G projects. She is the author of educational programs attended by more than 3,000 entrepreneurs.

A special atmosphere was created by our colleagues from the SKAZKA events project — a team that designs creative, interactive, and community-building event formats. Through games, songs, and even dancing, participants were able not only to get to know each other, but also to engage more quickly in collaborative work, making the training especially dynamic and engaging.

For RusKom, such events are part of a systematic effort to develop entrepreneurial communities, support international cooperation, and create a platform for knowledge exchange between representatives of business, education, and public initiatives. We thank all participants, speakers, and partners!
