Editorial LayoutThe Assembly of the Peoples of the World Held a working meeting with the leaders of RusKom
A working meeting between representatives of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World and the leadership of RusKom, the Association of Entrepreneurs of Istanbul, Russia and Neighboring Countries, took place on June 1, 2026.
The event was attended by:
Sergey Khanutin — Member of the General Council of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World, Member of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World, Deputy Secretary General and Executive Director of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World;
Yulia Gryukan — Adviser to the Secretary General and Member of the Council for International Economic Cooperation of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World;
Hüseyin Kılınç — Head of RusKom;
Nuri Demircan — Representative of RusKom.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing cooperation, as well as opportunities to strengthen international business and humanitarian ties among representatives of Russia, Türkiye, and the Eurasian region.
Particular attention was given to the following issues:
- developing direct contacts between Russian and Turkish business communities;
- participation of RusKom representatives in international events and projects organized by the Assembly of the Peoples of the World;
- opportunities for organizing joint business forums, exhibitions, and business missions;
- expanding humanitarian and public cooperation as a foundation for sustainable international dialogue.
During the meeting, the parties emphasized their mutual interest in developing partnership and expanding areas of cooperation. They agreed to continue working on joint initiatives aimed at strengthening international cooperation and fostering closer ties between the business communities of Russia and Türkiye.
