СHARTER OF THE ISTANBUL ASSOCIATION OF ENTREPRENEURS OF RUSSIA AND NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES
ARTICLE I. Name and Headquarters of the Association
The name of the Association is Istanbul Association of Entrepreneurs of Russia and Neighboring Countries.
The headquarters of the Association is located in Maltepe, Istanbul.
The Association may establish branches both domestically and abroad.
ARTICLE II. Purpose of the Association, Fields and Forms of Activity to Achieve This Purpose
The Association carries out activities aimed at developing networks of relations, communication, representation, and cooperation in the economic, social, and cultural fields between the Republic of Türkiye, Russia, and neighboring countries. It undertakes and pioneers all kinds of initiatives in line with its purpose and supports public institutions, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs, and initiatives engaged in similar activities, while further strengthening friendly relations among these countries.
- To develop international trade between the Republic of Türkiye, Russia, and neighboring countries, to carry out activities aimed at increasing employment in the region, and to serve the people of the region.

To cooperate in the fields of education and training between Türkiye, Russia, and neighboring countries; to provide consultancy services for student exchange programs; and to develop and implement joint projects with civil society organizations and educational institutions in the field of education.

To research and promote domestic and foreign cultures, to foster friendship and brotherhood among people belonging to these cultures, and to carry out tourism-related activities and consultancy services.
- To closely follow technological developments worldwide, to support the business community in increasing research and development activities, and to encourage becoming a technology-producing and exporting society.

To engage in international initiatives and cooperate with relevant public and private institutions for the development and implementation of policies that will promote investment and exports.
- To cooperate with educational institutions, colleges, and universities at all levels both domestically and internationally, to encourage young people to pursue education, ensure vocational training, and create internship and employment opportunities.
- To organize activities in economic, social, scientific, educational, tourism, cultural, and similar fields with neighboring countries in order to establish cooperation, solidarity, and mutual assistance.
- To regard the local characteristics and differences of diverse cultures as a source of richness, and to promote recognition, interaction, sharing, and the creation of common values in order to contribute to universal culture, peace, and to leave a more livable and better world to future generations.
