President – Huseyin Kilinc
Huseyin Kilinc was born in 1965 in Tunceli. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, in 1988. Between 1988 and 1990, he gained his first professional experience during the construction of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge.
In 1991, he completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University and took part in numerous successful projects across Türkiye. His curiosity for research led him to the publishing sector, where in 1993 he became the publisher of Diyalog Magazine, one of the most influential publications of its time.
For over 20 years, Mr. Huseyin Kilinc plays an active and unifying role in Türkiye’s cultural, social, and political fields, focusing on constructive dialogue and productive cooperation. Since his university years, he has emphasized the importance of international relations for Türkiye’s future and organized international events to promote the country’s image and position globally.
Believing in the need for stronger economic, social, and cultural cooperation between Türkiye, Russia, and their neighboring countries, Mr. Huseyin Kilinc founded the Istanbul–RusKom in 2016 together with like-minded colleagues.
He is the father of a daughter and speaks Russian and German fluently, and English at an intermediate level.
